There have been a number of changes to the way that Student Finance England operates, particularly with DSA.
As an agency supplying non-medical helpers, we have an obligation to make you aware of the terms and conditions that we operate under when supplying your support.
On this page is our Student Information Pack, please read this and make sure that you familiarise yourself with its contents.
The information will explain how to use our services and provide details of our processes, complaints procedure and how to arrange your support

It is important to note that if you are in receipt of SSP, the sessions MUST be carried out in a Comfortable and Confidential location, such as a private room within the University Library, Public areas are not acceptable, such as coffee shops etc. When booking your SSP session, please advise Interpreting Solutions if your location meets this criteria.
As an organisation we pride ourselves in providing a quality service, so that we can improve and change the way that we work, we require your feedback about our services. As part of our ongoing Quality Assurance, we will ask you to provide feedback via our website online feedback form, you can if you wish provide the feedback anonymously, by following the instructions at the top of the form. Please remember that you can in addition provide feedback any time that you feel it is necessary to do so.
